Panelized Kits take approximately 1 day to complete. We pre-assemble the floor, balusters and roof sections. Our panelized kits are designed to be completed quickly and easily

Precut Kits take 2-4 days to complete depending on the model. All pieces are precision cut so no additional cutting is required.

Panelized kits are approximately 20% higher in price, but take significantly less time to assembly.
