Our standard policy is that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Better
Gazebos does not accept returns unless there was a defect in
workmanship and/or manufacturing or there was damage during
shipping. This is primarily due to the high costs involved in
returning an item including shipping costs and restocking charges.
These charges can total to between 40% and 60% of the purchase
price.
However,
there are rare cases when we will consider receiving a item
to be returned. If there are extenuating circumstances please call
us to discuss the matter.

you purchased from Better Gazebos, please contact our customer

business hours which are M-F from 8am - 5pm (MST).
